4. Student Responsibilities

  • Breaches of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to dismissal.

5. Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services or complete error-free content.

  • The Institute is not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of services.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
